The tasks an Installation and Service Engineer is expected to perform include:
Installing medical devices
Attending to problems
Making the medical devices functional after troubleshooting
Carrying out preventive maintenance of medical device at pre-set time
Well-versed with company?s products and recurring problems reported
Familiar with the basic principles of how medical equipment function
Knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical modules and their functions
Familiar with different models of medical devices and their repair procedures
Adept in procedures to be followed for installation
Knowledge of different parts assembled in a pack of medical device
Familiar with quality standards to be followed
Well-versed in Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) precautions
