Minimum Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery

Minimum experience of 5 years in homeopathic medicine

The tasks a Physician, Homeopathic is expected to perform include:

Examining patients to diagnose ailments and prescribing necessary medicines according to homeopathic system of treatment

Recording history of disease or disorderfor the patient and his family(both paternal and maternal) past and present, mental and physical reaction to heat, cold, food, etc.

Obtaining complete subjective and objective picture of symptoms expressed

Instructing patients on diet restrictions during the course of the treatment

Maintaining case history ofthepatient and treatment prescribed along with the progress report

Prescribing prophylactics in coursecaseof epidemics to safeguard against spread of infectious diseases

Instructing healthy persons on general hygiene principles for preservation of health

In-depth knowledge of homeopathy medicine and its application

Knowledge of medical practices

Desire to keep up-to-date with any advances in the diagnosis and treatment of patients

Knowledge of precautions to be taken by the patients while on homeopathy medicines

Skilled in sciences such as biology, human anatomy and biochemistry

Proficient in examining patients

Skilled in interpreting tests and accordingly counselling patients on rehabilitative, preventative and dietary care

Skilled in using medical equipment and instruments

Master?s in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery

Working hours

Hospitals/clinics usually work for 6/7 days a week and 9/10 hours everyday. This may vary from clinic to clinic Shift system maybe available
