Minimum ? Post-graduation degree/diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations

Minimum experience of 3 to 10 years in related field

The tasks a Sales Personnel Manager is expected to perform include:Formulating and executing policies relating to recruitment, training, employment of personnel, etc. Implementing statutory and other welfare schemes for the personnel

Ensuring effective utilization and discharge of personnel employed in any undertaking

Resolving problems of remuneration, discipline and industrial disputes in accordance with the established laws

Facilitating consultation between labour and employers to promote cordial relations

Consulting with labour representatives on behalf of employers to resolve grievances and misunderstandings

Knowledge of various applications used for HR processes like payroll software, attendance application, etc.Knowledge of relevant documentation to be completed at different stages in HR process

Skilled in co-ordinating checks and logistics for employees joining/leaving

Efficient in organizing training for employees

Knowledge of common payroll queries and responses to them

Knowledge of various laws regarding compensation, tax deductions, industrial laws, ESI, PF, etc.
